As a Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions that align with organizational objectives. What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, data, and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories, to facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and validate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards, performing user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business stakeholders, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to implemented solutions, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering technical solutions that meet business objectives.
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and facilitating workshops.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and system modeling, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
